Lupine Farm is a place full of life and good times. We offer riding lessons on our horses, two dogs to play with, apple trees to walk amongst, and we've even teamed up with an organic gardening class to provide food to local food pantries. Reconnect to the world around you - come ride and grow with us!
Winter Time - Recharge and Plan for Warmer Days!
No lessons in January this year due to the imminent (we hope!) arrival of Emily and Bill's first baby, but we will be back at it in February with spring and summer riding plans aplenty. See the Summer Camp and Calendar pages to look into some 2012 dates that we already know and be sure to sign up early to take advantage of early bird specials and ensure a spot in the camp of your choice! February and April break camps are up as well.
We still have several sale and lease horses available and now is a great time to buy or lease. Emily is also available to help you in your search for your next horse. Check out our "Congratulations" page to see some of the happy horse placements we have helped make in the past few years.
Last but not least, we're on facebook! For more up-to-the-minute photos, information, and monthly specials, become a fan of our facebook page.
Boarding Opportunities
Winter cold have you down? Let us break the ice for you! We currently have three pasture board spots and one stall available. We can take on the cold weather horse care for you. Reasonable rates with very personal attention, relaxed atmosphere, and lovely facilities complete with brand new 100x200 outdoor arena. Possibility of some work in exchange for reduced rate. Contact Emily.
GARDEN FANS: The 2011 Food Pantry Garden produced 2,000+ pounds of fresh veggies for the Vassalboro Food Station. We are always looking for more volunteers and ways to improve our projects. Contact Emily for information.
*If the going gets too rough for riding, lessons in ground work and general horse care will also be available.*
